What time does your 3/4 yearold go to bed?

Mine goes to sleep at 8pm, but is waken up earlier than usual (at 7am now, used to be 8am), and gets really tied.

Going to try 7pm tonight, he's actually having his milk now.

Is this too early (I'll be finding out soon I expect)?

7pm. She is always ready for bed by then. She gets up between 5am and 6;30am.

If she goes to bed any later then 7pm, she will sleep worse and still wake up early.

She also still has milk in the evenings before bed.

before 7pm - but wakes any time from 6am onwards. BUT putting him to bed any later doesnt mean he wakes later

7.15 - bath, milk in front of CBeebies until 7, then story and bed. Wakes up at 7 am. HTH

My DS is 3.9 and is usually asleep by seven-thirty. However, for the last three nights I've given him supper much earlier than usual and had him in bed by six - he was asleep at five-thirty on the first of these nights! He was dog-tired after the hols and I didn't want to send him back to nursery in a horrible stroppy state. He wakes up around six-thirty whatever time he goess to bed.

DD is 4.8 and goes to bed by 6.30 every night, gets up at 7ish.

DD1 is 3.5yrs, goes up usually about 7.30-7.45pm, however tonight she is going up in 10 minutes because she is annoying me!

DD2 usually goes down between 7 and 7.15pm and we like to have some time with DD1 on her own.

DS1 is 3.75 yrs old and goes to bed at 7pm, he wakes at anytime between 6am and 7am.

My DD is 3 yrs 6 months and is in bed between 6.30 - 7 every evening. She wakes at 6am most days though .
Putting her to bed later doesn't affect the time she wakes - think she is just an early riser like her mum

DD is 3.3, she goes to bed at 7.00pm and wakes about 7.45-8.00am. She will still have a sneaky sleep if we're out in the car during the day as well.

ds1 will be 4 in March and is in bed and fast asleep by 7.15 (is currently having a story with daddy ) he is awake between 6.30 and 7am

dd 3.2 is in bed at 6pm most nights and gets up between 7 and 8am

when she went to bed at 7/8 pm she was getting up at 6am

Ds is 4 in Feb, so 7pm seems more realistic.

Ds is in bed now, reading his book (or more, shouting a story about Little Miss Sunshine!)

Bed at 7, up at 7(ish). Good at going to bed but hasn't napped in years!

It's bliss I tell you . Until a couple of months ago she got up at 6.30-7.00am so I think it's just because it's winter - cold dark mornings. Long may it last.

my 3.3yrs old goes to bed at 6.30 and is asleep by 7 (she have a nap now and again and if she had one she in bed at 7pm)

doesnt matter what time i put her to bed she is always awake @ 7

ds is 4.3 and goes anytime between 7-7.30pm gets up 6.30-7.30am.

between 6-7pm depending on what time we get home.

He usually likes a good 13 hours sleep - but we often have to get up at 6am so he sleeps in a bit over the weekend.

by a bit I mean 1/2 hour - wish it was more

ds1 is just 4 and goes to bed for stories at 7pm and asleep by 7.20pm wakes between 7-8am

DD(4.2) shares a room with DSs so they all go to bed at the same - bed at 8pm, lights off at 8.30 and they generally wake about 7.30ish. Putting them to bed earlier doesn't make them sleep earlier unfortunately, they just fidget and chat for longer!

7.30 USUALLY ALSEEP by 8.15 after a story with older sis, and wakes around 7.30 / 8.45 on a school morning
