10months old

I have noticed a few things in my ds.
He is currently 10 months old.

Doesn't wave clap or point, doesn't respond to his name. Stares into lights and sometimes giggles. Doesn't babble however will make the same sound every so often. Loves the show cocomelon and often whinges and cries until I allow him to watch as sometimes it settles him.

Any advice?

Have you had his hearing checked?

Have you had your appointment with your health visitor yet? My dd had her 10 month review last week and I have been given some activities to try at home and she also recommended some classes I could attend to speed up development.
