So my little one is 29month has just passed me the baby wipes so i can change her bum on her own without me telling her...

Would you say it would be time to start potty training?

You need to leave her with a nappy off for a few hours see how frequently she does a wee and if she is aware of it. If it is a few times and hour then forget it and stick with nappies, not yet got the control. If it is an hour or so then maybe. The passing you the wipes isn't much of a sign. She might realise her nappy needs changing but does she know why? Can she tell the sensation of doing a wee/poo. That is what she needs to understand what it is.
