Looking for any advice, my babe is 7 weeks old and has suspected cmpa. She has been put on aptamil pepti, but still has horrendous diarroah and u can just see she's in pain constant crying writhing around etc. Super fussy taking bottles lots of crying and refusal. Doc then put her on sma alfamimo, which over 3 days calmed the symptoms, but made her projectile vomit, so bad it was coming out her nose and she was choking etc. Doc advised to go back to aptamil pepti so we're back to the original problems. I just don't know what to do, I have fibromyalgia and am really struggling with the lack of sleep etc. And not being able to put her down without her screaming. Also when we change her nappy she screams blue murder. Is it worth trying a different formula or are they all the same. I understand how they are made up and how they work the breaking down of the molecules etc. And understand the difference between the semi and fully synthetic. Any advice would be really greatfully received please anyone???

Hello.. my little girl has cmpa. She's 2.5 now but when she was a baby I had even heard of this.. she would cry 15 hours a day.. non stop. Rashes all over her body.. nothing ever made it better.. we tried 3 different milks from the doctors and symptoms would improve and then get worse again until we were put on neocate!! This is liquid gold!! I had my baby girl.. it was like she had been reborn!! Amazing! Request NEOCATE! Life changer. Some Gps don't like to to prescribe It as its expensive but honestly!. You need NEOCATE!
