My son is three years old and always rubbing his willy on something, he will put his hands underneath him or even on a teddy sometimes just the sofa. He calls it wiggling. To be honest I find it just to much if we are in doors for the day this is all he will do. It is excessive. I’ve asked him to stop but he doesn’t. I have 3 older boys none of them have done this.

I don’t no how to make him stop it’s been going on a long time now, I’ve thought about speaking to the GP but don’t even no if that is appropriate.

Friendly advice needed please.

Don't tell him to stop or try and punish him, it's completely normal for children to explore their bodies. It's not sexual at all, all he knows is it feels nice.
You need to explain to him that it's perfectly ok but that we only do this In private and not in front of other people.
No need for the GP. Google infant gratification disorder, it's really common and nothing to worry about.

Of course and I know it isn’t sexual it’s just the amount that he is doing it if we are in for the day that is what he will do abs that’s what is bothering me.
