Colic or something else?

I have a one month old little girl who's been having horrible tummy aches for about 2.5 weeks now.
She becomes extremely red, her entire body tenses, she pulls her legs up, she strains to the point where I worry in case she will hurt herself, she hits my breast as the pain comes on - and she cries , shrieks, screams, it is the worst cry I have ever heard in my entire life. It is full of excruciating pain.
The only thing that comforts her is being on my breast - but things have been getting worse and she now breastfeeds for an hour and a half before she can even begin to settle.
We have been using Infacol but it's not working. Is this colic? Could this be something else?? I wish I could help her, it is horrible to see and hear her in this much pain.

Sounds like reflux/silent reflux to me. This could be a stand alone thing or could be caused by an allergy even 🤷🏻‍♀️

@tudorqueenie how did you get on my 4 week old is doing same. I’m wondering if it’s just her getting used to milk and trouble passing wind….

We tried Infacol for 3 weeks, it didnt work. We are now trying Colief, that's been working! My theory is that it's lactose overload.
