Baby acne?! Advice

My DD (3 weeks old on Saturday) developed a couple of tiny red dots on her face a few days ago. Since then, she has developed more of them. They are small raised spots with some with white pus filled centres.

They seem particularly angry looking today. Looking on Dr Google, it looks like it could be baby acne. Does anyone have any experience with this and any remedies that you have found helpful.

Pretty much the same today. I had a visit from the health visitor who assured me it was nothing to worry about and would settle down in a few weeks. She said that there wasn't a lot that I could do, but did suggest trying dabbing breast milk onto the affected area to reduce the inflammation
