1 year old behaviour change- should I be concerned?

So my LB turned 1 beginning of January but the last few weeks he has gone from being the happiest baby ever to the grumpiest! He cries at everything, hates being changed and through himself on the floor screaming all the time! He barely wants to play but he also doesn't want to be held- the main thing that concerns me is that he seems tired all the time despite sleeping about 15-16 hours in a 24 hour period!! He eats really well, is a little on small side but in proportion and growing at his own rate... is this normal??

My LG who's now 3 was nothing like this!

Yep!! 1 year olds are miserable!! Teeth, development, separation anxiety, frustration a whole number of things happening in their little bodies. Just have to roll with it. I wouldn't be worried about the tiredness but you could always speak to your HV if worried
