Child outgrown monti school

My 4 and a bit year old seems to have totally outgrown his monti. Tears of the door step every single morning.... I have tried bribing him with something nice after collection at 12:30, but he is still miserable. I think it is a good school, the staff are nice he is very social so has friends etc. he definitely isn't being picked on or anything. Has anyone else been in this situation? What did you do?

His brother started school and I think there is an element of he is jealous of the uniform, homework, play dates etc

What other options are there? Could he do a couple of full days so that you had some days at home with him or is prep school ab option?

He only does 9-12:30. It is on the site of his brothers school, so one drop off which is great. He will go to that school the following year.
