Hello I thought my little one ( 23 weeks) may have been teething. She's been showing some signs for a few weeks but been unsettled a few days and a bit of a snobby nose . My first born always used to get nasal congestion with every cutting tooth.
She was awake a lot last night distressed which is very very unusual for her . I put it down to teething again but today she has come up in red spots ( glass test ok) all over her face , neck, chest and back . Has anyone experienced this with teething before or am I looking at a viral infection of some sort instead ? I thought maybe because she has been getting to hot working herself up it might have caused a heat rash....
Anyone any advice ?
