Sleep issues

I'm tired all the time and seeing and hearing things owing to sleep deprivation. My mood is also very low.

Dd is 17 months old. We co-sleep. Typical night

8pm - DH takes dd up for bath and bed.

She is a life wire before screaming for me who she then usually falls asleep with somewhere around 10-11pm.

Sometimes she’ll power nap for about 30 minutes before waking full of beans

She wakes frequently wanting to be held all night with her bottle

Usually drinks 2-3 bottles a night

Wakes between 9-11am

Any advice?

What's her naps like in the day @HobgoblinGold?

@BunnyRuddington she sleeps after lunch. About 2pm. Anything from 1-2 hours.

Cut the bottles. Plenty of milk and a good meal before bed and water if needed but no bottles and no interaction at all during the night. She's right with you and knows she's safe and loved so don't feel bad about being firm. Co-sleeping is fine if you're happy with it but you have to be realistic about what is and isn't manageable. If she wakes just offer some water, change nappy quickly, cuddle up to her or put hand on her chest if she likes but no interaction after this. She needs to know that night time is sleep time. X
