As title says really

How early can they teethe?

And how do I know if he's teething?

My little one has been dribbling a lot today with lots of bubbles which he never usually does and his front gums look a lot whiter

But I'm a FTM so I'm not sure

Some babies are born with teeth so it’s never too early. How old is your little one? Mine cut her first tooth at 5 months, but it does sound like it could be teething.

How old is your LO? It’s not unheard of to teeth early but typically (not always) the bottom teeth come first.

I’ve attached a picture of my DD’s top gum if you need a comparison, her top tooth had just cut.

@Vicky1989x he is only 7 weeks so it's probably Impossible he's teething but it just looked like it to Me 🤦🏻‍♀️ and he soaked himself in dribble so thought I'd ask

He could be teething, it’s not impossible. But generally bottom front teeth tend to come in before top. Dribbling isn’t necessarily a sign of teething. My 7 month old soaks himself through constantly from dribbling and has done so since about 2 months, still hasn’t cut a single tooth. I think he genuinely just enjoys drooling everywhere 🙈

With both my children they showed signs of teething months before teeth came through .

My second didn’t get a tooth until 7 months and I thought from 2 months onwards it would happen any day ! I kept looking in his mouth thinking I could nearly see a tooth coming through but nope , just my mind playing tricks.

2 months after he got his first tooth, another 5 teeth came through all at once and I didn’t even notice. One day I was changing him and he opened his mouth and he had 5 new teeth cutting through 😆
