Sleep problems 9 months old

My son is almost 9 month old now. From 3-5 month he slept from 7-7 every night with no feed, he then hit the 6 month regression and has never slept the same since, he goes through fazes where it's reallyyyy bad where he can wake 10 times a night but then most nights it's 2-3 times a night he does have a feed around 4am.
I have tried 2/3/4 method which I can say helped although when it comes bed time he will scream the house down likes he knows it's bed time, nap times are time he asleep within minuets but sometimes at bedtime it can 2 hours for him to go to sleep. As soon as I go into his room with the light off he knows, he jumps like he wants to get down and play. Or he will just stare at me for hours until he's that over tired he drops to sleep.
Has anyone else had a problem like this before or got any advise please?

There's another massive sleep regression at 9 months which can be exacerbated if they are learning a new skill like walking or crawling.

It might just settler be itself in a couple of weeks. We did find the No Cry Sleep Solution helpful though Smile

Ohhh not again 😂 he is constantly learning lately, he's started crawling at 7 months but now is walking around furniture so I guess this is why. You want sleep but feel proud when you know they are learning. Constant battle lol. Thank you I will look into that.
