Ideas for 6-7yo stimulation

Not sure of this is the right place to post.

My 6yo is struggling with a lot of anger, lashing out and regressing. We took her to see a counsellor and she suggested some of this behaviour was possibly coming from bored as the word had come up several times. Now she has said this I can see it is a trigger.

The last few years have felt neglectful tbh with pandemic restrictions in terms of being able to meet her needs. homeschooing within parents working (me in the nhs frontline) made it difficult to give her the time she needed. Screen time reached an all time high.

So I'm looking for recommendations of things to entertain this age range. She likes:

Drawing/ painting - Arthub for kids
Writing little stories
Hamas beads
Craft - baker ross type stuff
Board games
Lego
Imaginary play
Active stuff e.g. playgrounds, walks, bikes, swimming, trampoline

I'm not keen on getting her a tablet - she already watches lots of telly and I think that feeds the problem.

Is there anything im obviously missing?

Are you after things to do with her or for her to do alone @Ghostofchristmaspasty?

Things that you can do together that might work are baking and swimming.

Does she have any structure to her day? Both of mine really benefitted from regular routine until they were quite a bit older.
