8 year old DD has been really acting up lately, we have had change, im expecting, and weve moved areas, but that was a while ago and she has been happy with it. I dont know if its the age or what?

The not listening, the tantrum after not getting her own way, general rudeness, its unbearable.

How do i handle this?

Takeaway tech etc... but her room is one big playroom without the tech so whats the answer

It does sound like she's had a lot to deal with. Have far are you into your PG @stressedouttt? If you're nearly dueshe might settle down once the baby is here.

Try Googling "adrenarche" - I've been having a similar experience with my 7yo Dd and after coming across this it explains so much about her recent behaviour/attitude!

I just started a separate thread asking how long the phase typically lasts! Hopefully not long!!! 🤞🏼
