She would start shouting etc.

She has a 2 year old Sister now and the behaviour has got worse (understandably as she hasn't received the same level of attention since she was born).

I have had a few friends over recently and she spends the whole time desperately trying to get my attention, jumps up and down by my legs, clings on to me, shouts, laughs really loudly, asks me to play continuously & without fail will get her bum out. I tell everyone before they turn up that she will do this because she does it 100% of the time. She pulls her trousers down and bends over etc. she definitley hasn't learnt that from me 😂.

Anyway, what could I do to help resolve this problem and to help her feel like she doesn't need to have the attention solely on her?

Forgot to mention that she even does it when me and her Dad try and have a conversation. If she sees us sitting down or trying to eat as well she will do the same thing.
