14 months not talking, when to be concerned

So my 14mo doesn’t say any words yet, she babbles NON stop, says things like mama which could potentially be in context and sometimes that sounds very much like grandad but nothing is that clear. She has a had signal for no which is wagging her finger.
She’s only just started walking but has an excellent understanding. Can follow instructions brilliantly, eg touch your nose head ears where’s mummy, kiss mummy, points to things in a book when I ask her where they are and points out stuff of interest when we are out and about. She brings me things when’s she’s playing and a book to read as well.
I’m wondering how concerned I should be about the not chatting yet.

According to the ICan website she should have 20 words by 18 months but that's a whole 4 months away. I really wouldn't worry yet Smile

She sounds like she's doing great. Receptive language and gestures are most important at this stage. She's got plenty of time for expressive language to come Smile
