11 month old DS jumping a lot. Normal?

Bit of a weird question but I can't seem to find anything about it when I search.

My DS is nearly 1 and for months he has been a massive jumper! He jumps in his cot which I'm pretty sure is normal but also when he's held up to stand, holding on to his walker & when he's holding on to furniture.

He does it when he's happy so I'm not concerned about him being in pain but it just seems like he does it an awful lot. Did anybody else's baby do this? He started at 4 months old too!

Thank you :)

I wouldn't worry, my DD did what we called her "up downs" at that age - basically holding onto anything vaguely stable and bouncing up and down. They're funny little critters. She's a very active child now so you might have a future whirlwind on your hands.
