14 week old head shaking

Is it normal for a 14 week old to be shaking their head side to side.

Does it a few times a day. Almost looks like he’s saying no or had an itchy head. He isn’t distressed when doing it but it is abit odd. Only started since last week.

Totally normal. I've had two head shakers and it seems to be a self soothing, nice sensory thing. Both stopped by 8-9 months but my 13 month old still sometimes does it when going to sleep.
