Just that really...she does it A LOT! should I be worried? Sometimes with her hands/, fists and sometimes with toys or spoons etc. Always really random like whilst playing. I have noticed though that she only does it when someone is watching/interacting with her and not during independent play (I think). My husband and I try not to give it too much attention as she does it more then.
