Constantly worried

My baby is 7 weeks but was born 3 weeks early at low birth weight. Does this mean I should really consider her as 4 weeks when looking at milestones? She hasn't really smiled, isn't making good eye contact/following objects.
Just looking for some advice/reassurance as i find myself constantly worrying

My baby was born at 37 weeks and I was told not to correct his age as he was technically full term. Madness as if he was born at 36 weeks he would have been corrected a full month.

Anyway he has been consistently a month behind where my first baby was (who was born at 42 weeks) so I would definitely say give her some leeway. Three extra weeks in the womb can have a massive impact in my view.

There is a small cut off between 36 considered as prem and 37 now. Babies do all things at different times and it can be a worry. If it makes you less worried I would definitely correct the age and give baby a little extra time to hit milestones
