Screaming / harsh throat sound after every meal

My 8 month old eats well, 3 small meals a day, sometimes is fussy as per all babies but the past 4 weeks after most meals she starts screaming (when I say screaming I mean a harsh LOUD grunt/scream sound from her throat) i can't even describe the sound, but I feel like she's going to hurt her throat, it feels like she needs to calm down, have water or her dummy or something! I can't tell if she's just overwrought or reacting to something or over being sat in the high chair, it's stressing me out, she's not in any pain, but I really don't know what it is!! Has anyone experienced this?

I would ring your health visitor about this. My DD was doing something similar. I can't remember what my HV said now, but it was helpful to put my mind at rest at the time and she doesn't do it anymore xxx
