Milestone anxiety/tummy time

Hi all,
I really don't post often at all so please bear with me. My little boy is 11 weeks old and really hates tummy time. Earlier on he suffered with really bad gas and tummy problems and so I was always reluctant to put him on his tummy and he barely ever got any tummy time as a result. Looking back now I know I should have still been doing it and I feel really awful about it. The tummy issues resolved at about 8/9 weeks but he screamed every time I lay him on his front and he never got more than 5 minutes of tummy time at a time because he hated it so much. He's now 11 weeks and when on his tummy he just lays there. He tolerates it for a maximum of about 10 minutes if we're lucky but I feel like it's pointless because he doesn't even attempt to lift his head the entire time. I try to encourage him to turn his head to sounds but he just looks around with his eyes and keeps his head to the one side. He can't hold his head up at all while prone, but while I'm carrying him his head control is really good and can sit up while assisted. On his back he isn't interested in even the idea of rolling over and has shown no signs of it, and he doesn't seem overly interested in toys or trying to grab at them with his hands. I've also noticed a preference for using the right side of his body, he uses his right hand much more than his left, when holding him up he puts weight on mostly his right leg, though he can bear weight on both he often bends his left leg and keeps his weight on the right. He also prefers to keep his head to the right side.
Sorry for the really long post, I have anxiety as it is but I'm constantly worrying about this. I'm not sure what I'm even asking but maybe someone here has some advice?

I didn't do a lot of tummy time. Mine all reach their milestones on time. They will tell you when they're ready.

I'd say 5-10 minutes of tummy time at 11 weeks is fine – no point in pushing it to tears. You can also do it lying on your back with him lying on your chest so he can see your face. I think time in a sling also counts, if he likes that.

I wouldn't worry at all about not trying to roll yet – I think they look for rolling by 6 months, and some babies just aren't very fussed about rolling and focus on sitting or crawling instead.

The one thing I would keep an eye on is the preference for using the right side of his body. If that's been consistent for a couple of weeks, I'd probably try to get the health visitor to see him. He might have some tight muscles from how he was curled up before he was born and need a bit of help getting them loosened up.
