To be concerned by?

DD has just started reception. She said this evening she's been told off- presumably more than once - for saying 'you can't play.' School haven't mentioned anything. I'll ask the teacher tomorrow. Feel gutted to think she's being unkind. Any suggestions for how to handle?

Shes only learning - and she’s very young.

Keep reminding her about the right way to behave and get her to think about how others might feel if she says something unkind.

My 5 year old can be very kind to her little sister but is also capable of pinching her and pulling her hair at times!

The teacher said she hadn't seen that behaviour so that was good but did say could be at break...
