3 year old won't get dressed

Having a real issue atm with getting dressed. Started with just refusing a jumper and now it's refusing trousers. She's getting hysterical at it and it's really beginning to impact daily activities as we can't physically get out of the house to places any one else had this?

Do you do the toddlers choice OP? They are usually more compliant when they have a choice of two things.

Try to make getting dressed into a game - on really bad days my DD has to jump up and on her bed five times and then we put on a sock, then she has to run into the front bedroom and come back and then we put on the other sock etc etc etc 🙄

It takes a while but involves significantly less crying and frustration
