this was recently commented to me (as my son has a little double chin) - but looking at the rest of his body, height and weight - he seems fine and in the 91% for both.

but is that true?

How rude for someone to comment on this!

I've just looked at your profile photos - and you have a lovely, handsome little boy! He looks perfect.

Double chins are normal at this age - they generally slim up around 5, ime.

Both mine do (3.3 and 4.5). They are both very tall children and you would never call them waif like, but I had never thought of them as fat. However, my son was recently called "fat and ugly" at school (charming little girl) and it has made me wonder so I look forward to hearing what people think.

For what its worth, if in your judgement, he is OK then I would go with what you think not what other people say!

i know, but i think some people cant help themselves thank you, jingle

i think i just needed some peace of mind (i've got my own issues with food/weight/etc) and sometimes just hearing it makes no difference from other people helps me!

thanks ladies
