Should I be worried? 17 month old

My 17 month old DD has started displaying a few weird traits that I’m not sure if it’s just a phase or something more?

1. She started walking at 15 months, mastered by 16 months and was walking normally (heel to toe) but last week or so she’ll only walk on her tiptoes
2. She started pointing around 9 months but recently is pointing with her whole hand instead of her index finger with her right hand (left hand she uses index finger)
3. She’s scared of toys - I bought her a new toy today and she screamed, cried and ran away from it. She also hates musical toys (recent thing)
4. She hates certain textures of food (noodles/pasta for example) and has become so fussy with food
5. She hasn’t really got any words, just the usual mama, dada, baba for ball, but can make a lot of animal noises when asked and her understanding is very good. Not that concerned with speech yet but could be relevant.

Is it just a phase or should I contact my non-existent HV?

She sounds fine to me. She's pointing with her left index finger, she's talking a bit, she's a bit fussy with food and was frightened of a toy...loads of toddlers are like this!

Avoid watching her like this....it will take away all your pleasure in her.

@FortunesFave Thanks for the reassurance. My mum passed away 2 weeks ago so my head is all over the place so I’m worrying over everything!
