Withholding going to the loo....

Hi

My little one is nearly 3 and has been out of nappies for about 9 months now...

Just lately she has been withholding number 2's to a point that makes her so uncomfortable, sometimes this can be up to a week Shock

Most recently she has started to withhold going for a wee too Confused

Does anyone have any tips to get round this?! She has recently started pre school, and has had a couple of poo accidents - first was because she didn't ask, and second was because she asked too late...

Any tips welcome as now banging my head against the wall!

If she's distressed, I think I'd be tempted to put her back in nappies for a couple of weeks, if she's willing.

@PanicBuyingSprouts I've asked her if she would like to go back in nappies - but she outright refuses Confused

That's difficult then. My only plan involves using nappies.

Maybe talk to your HV, if you can.
