Thats it basically 20mth old dd went into a bed about 2 months ago and has never had a nap since. She needs one desperatly but I just can't get her to stay put. Am currently trying to kepp putting her back but she is so out of napping routine that I think chances are slim to non existant.

Maybe put her back in the cot for a while so at least she can't escape?

Put her in cot, switch lights off/close blinds and leave her to it. She'll sleep eventually if she needs it.

Lie down with her? That works with DS.

can't put her in cot, she is spider baby and jumps out. Could try lying down with her, we only have a very small window to get a nap as dd1 is at nursery for 2.5hrs every afternoon so a lot of tooing and froing.
