4 month old not rolling or grabbing

My daughter just turned 4 months old and hasn't started grabbing toys, putting her hands in her mouth or rolling over :( It's as if she doesn't recognise her legs or arms are hers. We saw a paediatrician recently who sent us for more tests but thinks it's likely a genetic disorder and I'm devastated. No.1 child had no issues so this has come out the blue. Does anyone have experience of something similar?

Not sure if it helps but my DD didn’t grab toys really until 4.5 months and she didn’t roll until 8.5 months! Hopefully she’s just taking her time and it’s nothing more serious.

DS2 didn't do any of those thing until about 4.5 months when it felt like he discovered he had a body that moved! Literally happened overnight. One thing that helped was doing some gentle physio exercises (there is a great YouTuber called Starfish Therapies) which I found to be good guidance.

Full disclosure though we had some worries about DS2 early on (high tone in legs, ankle clonus) so things weren't exactly typical.. although he has grown out of it all.

Head control is a big indicator of neurological or genetic issues. How does she get on in that sense?
