5 year old's speech

My ds is 5.5 and I'm starting to think he needs some help with his speech but I don't know if I'm overreacting.

He can't pronounce r, l, s or sh sounds. He is starting to get the hang of the th sound but not quite there yet. He also seems to have a sort of reverse stutter where he will get stuck on the last syllable of a word e.g. mummy-y-y-y. It happens a lot when he's in conversation but not when he's reading, so I'm not sure if it's a true stutter or just a placemarker while he thinks about what he wants to say next!

I have an older child but his speech was perfect by age 5 so I'm not sure how normal, or not, this is.
