7 week old- sudden long sleep at night?

Hi all, my 6 1/2 week old breast fed girl has been waking up every 2-3 hours for a feed since she was born. Last night so our her down at 10:30pm and woke suddenly in the night at 4:45 in panic as she was still asleep. Is this ok? Normal? Will it be a one off? She doesn't seem ill. It seems such a sudden change. My boobs weren't happy lol xx

It could be a one off but hopefully not. As long as she's following her weight centile and is bright and alert at times in the day, I'd just let her sleep

Gosh don't complain. Unfortunately for you it could be a one off though. Fingers crossed it's a sign of things to come
