My 20 month old daughter is proving to be a serious handful. She has tantrums all day every day. Just wondering how many most toddlers have and what’s normal? Some searches on google seem to say that 3-4 a week is normal whereas mines having that in a morning! Any advice on helping calm down a fiesty little girl appreciated 🙈 tia.

Maybe try to give her a bit more control over her day? My DD does better if she has choices over parts of her day, it's tiny things really but it seems to help. But it's also a fine line with her as to not being too much choice because if she can't decide it can go a bit tits up 🤣

She gets the choice of two options for her clothes for the day, snacks, drinks, which cup, our dog walk, her bedtime stories etc

I would imagine there is no normal per se.. some kids are definitely more head strong than others! Sometimes playing them at their own game helps.. e.g. give two choices both of which you are happy with bit gives them a sense of control and happier. Such as shall we have lunch in the kitchen or a picnic in the garden, shall we play Peppa before or after we brush your teeth etc.
