We've tried a few and my DD6 hates them all. I take her swimming with me a couple of times a week and are active on a weekend. Does it really matter? I have a mum friend who encouraged brownies and of course DD didn't like it and we left. I'm at a point where I'm thinking if she's not going to be enjoying anything I'm not going to bother trying. I do question myself though as some kids from school are doing something nearly every night?!

I would say that something every night is too much. Keep talking to her about what's on offer, and go with anything she shows enthusiasm for, but at 6 I don't think you or she needs to be doing more than you are.
