Refusing bottle

Dd is ebf and I have expressed a small amount in the past as we were using colief and she used to take this fine from the bottle. We have since finished using the colief. I have expressed a couple of feeds since so dh can feed her while I do other things but she is now completely refusing the bottle and crying whenever we try. She is on reflux meds which we used a dummy to help her take (on the advice of gp) by holding the dummy in her mouth to stop her spitting the meds out so I dont know if this has had an effect with her taking the bottle. She has never taken a dummy in the past even when she would have the bottle but I dont know whether she now associates things like the plastic teat of the bottle with her medicine which she hates. We have now stopped using the dummy for the medicine and she is taking that ok but us there anything we can do to help her start accepting a bottle again? She is 3 months.

Hi @Nix99 - try taking a look at Rowena Bennett’s book - “my baby’s bottle feeding aversion”. It saved my sanity!
