How much TV do your toddlers watch?

My DD will be 3 in sept - she is extremely active. She usually has a one hour nap. But I wondered what TV usage was like with others? My DD usually has 30 mins in the morning and perhaps 1/1.5 throughout the day. We also do a lot of other activities - running about, swimming, crafts etc. But sometimes I feel like she just needs to zone out. Is 1.5-2 hours too much? 3 days a week at nursery she just has 30 mins in morning and 30 mins evening…

My 3YO typically has about 1/2 an hour a day some time in the middle of the day. However if she seems zonked out but won't nap I will sometimes put her 1-2 hours on in the middle of the day with a colouring book or something as wind down time as I can tell she's just too shattered to focus. I really don't think it is quite as evil as people make out so long as they're still getting plenty of quality interaction outside it and they know there's a lofe outside it. I've personally just found that on the odd occasion I've let mine watch much more than 1/2 and hour a day her behaviour is actually worse. I think she craves the interaction time tbh. We're all just doing our best though. As long as they're not literally being babysat by the screen then it's probably fine x
