I got a 7 months old daughter who is waking up every 2hours in the night. After 4 months sleep regression she was used to wake up every 3 hours but now it have gone to every 2 hours. She is on solids and eating well. She is a bad sleeper anyways. Even during the naps she dosent go for longer than 40 mins, that also if im lucky. Sometimes just 20 mins. Im even following a bed time routine still it dosent seems to be helping. Feeding seems to be the easiest way to put her back to sleep. Im exhausted and craving for a good decent sleep. but cant find ahy help. Any tips? Thanks in advance

@Lochi there's a great 'sleep' section on here, it might be worth posting on there.
I was in your position a couple of months ago with a terrible sleeper who was up every hour or 40 mins, I never got more than a couple of hours in a row for months. I read a great book and did some gentle sleep training and now for the past 2 months he's been sleeping 12 hours a night. Good luck, I hope you get some much needed rest soon x

@Theywereonabreak it was called the gentle sleep guide by Stephanie Modell, I followed the gradual retreat method and it's worked with both of my children. How olds yours?
