Baby not laughed / giggled yet

18 week son not laughing, not even a slight giggle. Doesnt even look anywhere close to doing it? Is this normal? X

Is he smiling? Well engaged with good eye contact and tracking objects? If so then I wouldn't worry. DS2 didn't laugh until 22 weeks and even now isn't a huge giggler. He's very sociable and smiley though so I'm not worried.
