Supper/Bedtime Routines

My 3 year old refuses to eat anything at suppertime (6ish) and then at bathtime (7.10) says she's hungry and eats lots. Which means either bedtime ends up really late and we get no evening or she goes to bed hungry.

She then also plays up loads at bedtime and tantrums because she's really tired so bedtime gets even later.

Any advice?

I suggest she eats a bit later. I doubt you eat at 6pm, maybe it's about time she started sitting at the table with you.

She could have her bath earlier.

Could you do bath, put her in her pjs and while she's having story time, have a slice of toast and milk in bed? But presumptive you do that sort of routine but still...

Is she snacking at about 4pm? Could you bring her tea time forward to stop her snacking if so?
