too young for quinny buzz pushchair?

we have a buzz and our ds is 4 months, up until a week ago he was in the "dreami" carrycot bit, but started screaming every time he was in it until one of us carried him (not good when you're on your own doing christmas shopping in a packet trafford centre) we tried him in the pushchair bit (facing us) and he loves it, presumably because he can see more than the sky or ceiling. according to quinny the pushchair is not suitable until 6 months, although it reclines almost flat anyway. so am i awful putting him in this? doing his spine damage etc? or is this ok?

nah, dont worry, had a quinny too and my little boy screamed constantly in the dream cot but was fine once was elevalted, if it looks too big (which it prob will) put a pillow under his bum and lots of covers around and he will love looking around. The harnesses are rubbish, but u can adapt.

sorry, just remembered, bought a real sheepskin and put it in the buggy, it was perfect at filling the gaps and kept baby either warm or cold, would highly recommend it!

I don't know if you have the 2007 version- this actually says you can use the pushchair from birth in the reclining mode. we have just started using the pushchair as had the same problem with dd (4 mths today)- she loves it.

mummyplonk- how did you adapt the harness? It seems tight already!

Hi Joa from what I remember we had to get to the plastic white panel at the back of the buggy by opening all the zips and adjust the holes that the plugs went in, it was quite fiddly.
