DS suddenly weeing everywhere

DS is very nearly 3. He’s been fully toilet trained (in the day time) since last September, without any issues at all.

He’s suddenly started doing wees everywhere. On the sofa, on the floor, etc.

I just don’t understand it. Sad

Has anyone come across anything like this before?

He’s going through a real terrible two/threenager phase with lots of tantrums and defiance. I’m wondering if it’s in some way related.

Any signs of an infection at all?

I wondered that but I have a dipstick kit and home and there’s no sign of infection. Think I might leave a sample into the doctors anyway.

Thank you for replying!

I’m in a similar boat. Almost 3 year old DS suddenly having accidents after being toilet trained since Nov.

I think it’s a regression. He just can’t be bothered to tell me when he needs to go until he’s already had a little dribble or sometimes a full accident.

I’ve had to take a step back and start taking him again when I think he might need it rather than waiting for him to tell me
