Routines for 7 month olds? Can you share yours please? We had such a good routine up until weaning and feel like it’s so much harder now she’s eating 😞

At the moment we do

Bottle 7am
Porridge 7:30 (would leave it longer but she doesn’t want more milk, she wants food!)
Nap 8 til 9
Bottle between 10-10:30
Then needs a 10 min nap between 11-11:30 otherwise she’s grouchy.
Lunch between 12-12:30
Bottle at 1 (around 50ml)
Nap at 1:30 til 3pm (used to nap for two hours and not need a nap until bed time)
Dinner 3:30
Bottle between 4-4:30 (around 60ml)
Now needing a nap before bath! At around 6 ish.
Big 300ml 😱 bottle before bed at 7 and bed at 7:30.

I feel something needs to change as she’s constantly grouchy as she’s getting too tired!

At 7 months I was doing:-

7: bottle
8: breakfast
9:15: nap
11: bottle
12: lunch
1:30: nap
3: bottle
4: nap for 30 minutes which was dropped at 7.5 months and replaced with dinner
6:30: bottle
7: bed

The first 2 naps I slowly started pushing forward when I dropped the 3rd nap.

Sounds like you're doing a great job with the weaning! My 8 month old only has tiny amounts and is still on mostly milk.

As for the sleeping, do you wake her from the 10 min morning nap? Might be worth leaving her until she wakes naturally?
Also if she wants to nap at 6pm why not try skipping that and putting her to bed around 6:30?
I'm no expert but anything's worth a try!

I didn't put our routine because no two days are the same! The only consistencies are bedtime 6:30/7 and wake up 5amConfused. She has 3 naps of between 40 mins and 1.5 hours.
