Worried about 12 month old banging head constantly and panicking he could have a effect on him reaching his milestones as he's still not spoken yet

My little boy is 12 months and just keeps having falls he's been walking since ten months I have baby proofed everything but I have hard floors and he keeps falling back or tripping and he's landed on the back of his head now 3 times in 2 days and I am beside myself with worry he also fell off the sofa when he was 6 months old when I turned my back to get wet wipes I'm now panicking that his bumps could have caused him to be behind on his speech I do suffer with anxiety so I don't know if it's just me being super anxious but I'm so worried and it's becoming a constant worry of mine daily that I'm struggling with mummy guilt 😔😔

Hi, I am sorry I cannot help you but I am in the exact same position. My boy does not crawl or walk or even toddle and the amount of times he has hit head is beyond belief. I am hoping it is not linked. Not just the countless number of times he’s bumped his head or fallen backwards but on top of that he fell off the sofa once and off the bed 3x!! I feel insanely guilty and just pray it hasn’t had any negative effects on him. The guilt is eating me up inside. Feel like I am going insane with worry. He fell off the bed 5 minutes ago whilst he was asleep. I only turned my back for a few seconds thinking I’ll move him into his cot now. And he was on the floor. He seems fine but he is asleep so I cannot check properly. Feels good to let this out, if anyone has any words of wisdom please do comment. Thanks
