Shy child

My little girl is 6 and very shy. At home she's chatty and happy, although she does have anxiety about things like being on her own etc, but has siblings and is a very happy child.

All of our children are shy, but she seems to be the shyest, and I think it really hit me last week when we went out to a zoo with my mum last week and she barely said a word to my mum or me the whole day. If anyone speaks to her like the people in the shops serving she refuses or tall to them etc.

At school she is quiet but will talk to teachers and her friends.
Pre Covid we tried to take her to dance lessons that she had asked for and it was a nightmare as she wouldn't stay in the room without me and would only stay next to the teacher yet when she was home she would say how much she loved the lessons.
In contrast she has 2:1 swimming lessons and she loves them and chats and is quite happy. So it's obviously the big groups

Should I be worried and what can I do to support her ?
