8 month old with repetitive finger movements

So my 8 month old is constantly moving his fingers, like an open close fist movement on both hands(but done fast). None of my other kids have done this. Is this a sign of Autism? Have any parents of ASD children spotted symptoms in babies?

It isn't a sign of ASD.
It's a stereotype of ASD which isn't accurate.
