Teething or something else

My poor 9 month old DD is struggling atm. She already has 4 teeth and none of them really bothered her coming through mood wise, no tears or disrupted sleep.

However, these past 3 nights she has been waking between 10-30 mins crying , just at the start of the night which she never does. Then from 9/10ish she'll sleep through til 6am. She's reallllly drooling and sometimes biting on the bottle but other than that I can't see any other symptoms.
She has been very upset in the daytime, really needy and crying which she never usually does.

Is this typical teething behaviour ? If so, how long will this part last if it is teething? (The disrupted sleep)

She's also struggling with constipation as well so I'm not sure if it's that combined too! Poor girl.

My youngest has never had any issues at all with teething. We never knew she was until there was a new tooth but my eldest without fail for a every tooth woke up at 5 crying every morning for 2 weeks until the tooth appeared and was a grump in the day as well . And would chew everything in sight including door hinges! So it could be that...

My almost 1 year old DD is exactly the same atm! The constipation is the worst - she’s so miserable with it but she’s drooling a ton, biting everything and I think I can see a tooth bud (she has no teeth yet so I have no idea 😂) so I’m assuming it’s teething!
