Tummy time... Napping

Looking for some advice.

My 3 month old has had tummy time since birth however he just falls asleep, no matter what we do with toys / engagement etc. He loves to sleep on his tummy.

His head control is there but not where I'd expect it to be at this age (going from my other child and others)

He'll sit when supported.

How can I encourage muscle use and head/neck support aside from tummy time?

@OnNaturesCourse both my babies have ever only slept on their tummy/side be that in the cot, on me, in pram, anywhere I put them really. DS is 18m, tummy sleeper from birth. Slept in cot next to me till about 14m then in his own cot next to my bed as we have a 3wo now and she is the same, sleeps on her tummy mostly.

I am a light sleeper (since I have kids probably) and I wake up at their every move (sadly). This made me a bit less worried.

What made me leave them was that they seemed comfortable, neither have had wind, reflux, colic, no issues sleeping and I think it's due to them being happy as they are.

I hate sleeping on my back and always have and surely drinking milk being put on my back I'd throw up as well.

Both BF if that makes any difference.

@ZooKeeper19 thank you.

I happily let him nap like this, but at night he is placed on his back. To be fair he sleeps well at night too.

I just don't know how to work tummy time into the day as placing him in that position just puts him to sleep - he will not push his head up etc.
