6 month old moaning

Has anyone’s 6 month old gone through a phase of just being really moany? It’s been going on for weeks now and he is just so moany it is driving me crazy. He doesn’t seem to be teething but we’ve given him the gels etc just to be sure.

He wakes up from his naps moaning and crying pretty much straight away and if I don’t feed him straight away he gets worse. The only thing that helps sometimes if carrying him round and even that has stopped working sometimes. Or the pram but again can’t do that for all the day.

He used to be so happy but now he just seems really grumpy all the time.

My DD got really grumpy around that age.. not sure why, but I think it was frustration more than anything. It does pass though. Smile

@Vicky1989x thank you, I do think it could be frustration but it’s been going on for weeks now so thought it may have subsided a bit. Can you remember how long it lasted for?

I can’t remember exactly but it did get a bit better at 7 months but when she started rolling and sitting it improved more around 8.5 months (late roller!).
