My daughter who is 10 for the last few days seems to be stumbling over her words when talking sometimes. She will struggle to find the right word or just say the wrong word, its usually when shes asking a question or telling me something. Its not all the time, a few times in the morning usually. Shes a total chatterbox that talks all day. This morning she was reading and she did it a few times while reading out loud to her brother, she knew the word she wanted to say but said it wrong and then corrected herself. She then said why am I doing that! Shes had abit of stress with fall outs with friends this week and also had a virus and had to have a few days off school.
I just dont know what to do now? Is this something anyone has experiences and has gone away by itself?
