I have a happy and confident 3 year old. She has been toilet trained well over a year. We have never had any problems. She wears pull ups at night but tbh she doesn't really need them. Around 2 months ago, she started not wanting to go anywhere for fear there wouldn't be a toilet. It's an absolute nightmare to get her to leave the house. At times she is screaming and crying and appears terrified. When we have little chats she says that she is scared she wets herself. She never has before. She won't go places she used to love going to and everytime we do leave the house she also asks if there is a toilet where we are going. I'm pretty sure its psychological rather than physical but I just don't know.
GP referred me to a website which was no help at all. I am really beginning to worry. Please, anyone have any advice?

Could you get a portable potty to put her mind at rest. They fold up & you can throw the liners in a nearby bin.
I'm sure it's a phase but no harm putting her at ease.
